Sara Lee Corp., Downers Grove, Ill., recently announced a series of organizational changes. Officials said they have transferred frozen bakery and beverage (Senseo) operations from the North American Retail Bakery segment into the North American Retail Meats segment. As a result, Sara Lee's three North American businesses have been renamed as North American Retail(previously named North American Retail Meats), North American Fresh Bakery(previously North American Retail Bakery)and North American Foodservice(previously Foodservice). . . .Hormel Foods Corp., Austin, Minn., saidMike Tolbert, president of Jennie-O Turkey Store will switch posts withBob Tegt, group vice president for Hormel's specialty foods group.
