Execs on the move at Pilgrim's Pride, DFA
EXECS ON THE MOVE: Chicken processing giant Pilgrim's Pride Corp., Pittsburg, Texas, said it hired William Snyder, managing partner of CRG Partners Group LLC, Dallas, as chief restructuring officer. Officials said Snyder will help Pilgrim's capitalize on cost reduction initiatives, develop restructuring plans and explore opportunities to improve long-term liquidity. . . . Dairy industry veteran Alan Bernon has joined Dairy Farmers of America, a Kansas City, Mo.-based milk marketing cooperative, as senior advisor and president for the co-op's Affiliate Division. Bernon most recently served as president of Dean Foods' Dairy Group. Bernon will help oversee merger, acquisition and joint venture activities. . . . Alpha Baking Co. Inc., Chicago, promoted Joe Nemethy to vice president of sales-retail division. Tim Gill was named vice president of sales-frozen foodservice division. Gary Narcisi was promoted to group vice president, frozen foodservice and retail divisions.
