Wallaby Yogurt launched its first line of organic Greek yogurts.

Wallaby Yogurt Co., Napa Valley, Calif., launched its first line of organic Greek yogurts, which are strained and made using the traditional slow-cooking method.

“Initially, there was some hesitation when it came to launching a Greek yogurt. The style and method of manufacturing Greek yogurt is very different from our signature product line,” says Jerry Chou, founder and president. “But as we started to realize how delicious Greek yogurt can be, it became clear that this was the direction we wanted to go in.”

The organic low-fat Greek yogurt line comes in 5.3-ounce two-compartment cups featuring Blueberries, Cherries, Honey and Strawberries flavors, which allows consumers to spoon and blend yogurt with their favorite fruit. Traditional plain yogurt comes in 6- and 16-ounce sizes with a suggested retail price of $1.99 and $3.99, respectively. They are available nationwide in Whole Foods Market.
