The PPM Technologies pellet frying system (PFS) provides gentle handling and uniform frying of many different pellet snacks, ranging from rings to screws to 3-dimensional potato/starch-based products. With what is said to be the lowest total oil volume of any pellet fryer on the market, the patented PFS fryer is available in three sizes with outputs from 100-500 kg/hr. Plus, with only 87 liters of oil capacity, this low volume design allows for exceptional turnover rates of just 2-3 hours, optimizing product quality and extending shelf life. The oil level is automatically controlled and comes with an adjustable frying time from 5-45 seconds. The state-of-the-art frying wheel design means that each pellet is compartmentalized.
