The Broaster Co., Beloit, Wis., plans to enhance the dining experience with a spicy 4-ounce chicken filet sandwich.
“The spicy chicken filet filled a gap in our product line. It meets a growing consumer taste profile,” says Chad Vendette, director of marketing. “A breaded product, it carries Broaster’s signature marinades and breadings.”
