High Liner Foods Inc., Danvers, Mass., launched an American Pride Seafood brand scallop line for foodservice operators.

“Scallops are a highly sought-after item on many restaurant menus, whether as an appetizer, pasta topper or dinner entrée,” says Kerry Clift, marketing manager for American Pride Seafood, which High Liner Foods acquired in October 2013.
