New Ice Cream Honors Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island
The enchanting experience of Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island is a spoonful away. That’s because Hudsonville Ice Cream, Holland, Mich., launched its newest 
summertime limited edition flavor—Grand Hotel Pecan Ball.
Inspired by the famous dessert of Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Grand Hotel Pecan Ball ice cream combines Grand Hotel fudge swirls and premium pecans into the company’s original vanilla ice cream.
Hudsonville Ice Cream partnered with Grand Hotel in 2013 for the grand opening of Sadie’s Ice Cream Parlor, and is the exclusive ice cream sold at Grand Hotel, as well as its dining rooms and five restaurants located on Mackinac Island.
