Clear Springs Foods, Buhl, Idaho, introduced new Spicy Sriracha Whole Grain Rainbow Trout Treasures, featuring real Idaho rainbow trout, formed into three different shapes and coated in a crisp and spicy whole grain breading.

“In school testing, they were overwhelmingly popular with kids of all ages. In addition, we have made them healthier than ever by utilizing a whole grain coating,” says Alan Kahn, vice president of marketing.

Four 1-ounce pieces meets 1 ¼ grains/bread serving and 2-ounce meat equivalents.
