Baltimore Aircoil Co., Baltimore, Md., released its new CXVT Evaporative Condenser, which reduces annual operating costs by up to 48% and helps reduce Baltimore Aircoil CXV condenserinstallation costs by minimizing the number of units and refrigerant connections.

The CXVT XE (extreme efficiency) models provide application assurance and reduce sound levels. They are said to be on average three times more efficient than the minimum energy requirements in ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2013 and two times more efficient than the minimum energy requirements in California Title 24.

The CXVT Evaporative Condenser goes up to 2,114 R-717 tons in a single unit, making it the highest capacity condenser in the industry, according to Baltimore Aircoil.
