SIDE SEAL WRAPPER

Texwrap introduced the new model T2011SSR continuous motion side seal wrapper. Features include guarding with sliding safety-interlocked doors, Texwrap’s exclusive TGM2 side seal and an internal scrap winder. The cross seal retains the patented hybrid pneumatic/cam design, which allows fast throughput speeds with smooth horizontal carriage movement. The servo-controlled vertical end seal allows for fast motion while gently ramping into both the open and closed position to eliminate any “bounce” during the sealing process. The T2011SSR can be combined with different infeed designs for a variety of applications.

Hinds-Bock’s line of custom production equipment now includes a fully automated batter injection depositor, ideal for muffins, mini cheesecakes or cakes with fruit-or cheese-filled centers. This system features a servo-driven dual chain conveyor with optional paper cup placer, batter depositor and second diving bridge injection depositor. It features recipe control accessed through an Allen Bradley PLC for quick changeover and simple tool-free adjustments for pan-to-pan product changeover. The conveyor can also be lengthened for additional options.

tna launched the tna intelli-weigh0328 omega multi-head twin scale, which can be used in conjunction with either the tna robagTTX, twin configurationrobag^TX  or twin configuration robag^FX to accurately weigh and bag a wide variety of food applications. Based on multi-head technology, the tna intelli-weigh0328 omega scale features ultra-high speeds on a 3-liter capacity weigher and an inspection wizard that highlights periodic preventive maintenance routines. It is capable of taking on 200 weighs per scale, and even up to 400 weighs per twin scale, depending on the application.
