Pacific Seafood Group, Portland, Ore., added to its line of breaded and battered fish new offerings of Classic and gluten-free beer battered cod under the Pacific Sustainable Seafood brand.

The gluten-free beer batter is made exclusively with Groundbreaker beer, produced by Ground Breaker Beer, Portland, Ore. Groundbreaker beer is 100% gluten-free and made with locally grown ingredients such as lentils.
