Wagshal’s debuts Montreal-style beef brisket for foodservice operators
June 16, 2016
Wagshal’s Imports, Washington D.C., released USDA Prime Smoked Beef Brisket for foodservice operations.
“We consider our USDA Prime Smoked Beef Brisket to be a genuine labor of love,” says Aaron Fuchs, proprietor. “Our brisket, inspired by Montreal smoked meat, is a unique cross of pastrami and corned beef. The smoking and curing process involves almost two months of preparation.”
