Mikey’s LLC, the New York maker of paleo, allergy-free English muffins, launched what is said to be the first ever paleo pizza crust.

The plain pizza crust is paleo, gluten-, soy-, dairy- and grain-free, and features a short list of simple, wholesome ingredients.

“After having such success with a clean, allergy-free English muffin, we decided we really wanted to keep pushing the bar in other food categories as well,” says Michael Tierney, founder and CEO. “We want to give those with allergies and dietary restrictions options to enjoy their favorite foods in a healthful manner.”

Mikey’s is available nationwide in more than 1,500 stores.
