Volaris Group entered into an agreement to acquire a software provider in the foodservice industry.
Constellation Software Inc., Canada, and its wholly-owned division Volaris Group entered into an agreement to acquire a software provider in the foodservice industry. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to mutually agreed closing conditions.
