Timestrip, Nassau, N.Y., introduced Timestrip Seafood, designed to detect breaches in temperature (when food is stored above 37°F) during processing and transport.

Timestrip developed an upgraded adhesive for the self-adhesive indicators used in seafood applications, and optimized the labelling on the front to make it clear to processors when a breach event has occurred and when the product should be discarded.

Timestrip also features activation tools that automate the activation, conditioning and application process for the indicators, which come in singles in packs of 100, or on rolls of 4,000 units for ease of use by processors.
