Beecher’s launches new cheese sticks, frozen entrées
Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, Seattle, Wash., launched new cheese sticks and frozen entrées.
The Beecher’s Flagship Cheese Stick consists of Beecher’s signature Flagship cheese in a new stick format, ideal for on-the-go snacking. Aged for a minimum of 15 months, Beecher’s Flagship is a cheddar gruyere-style cheese that has a uniquely robust, nutty flavor and subtle notes of caramel and browned butter. This new cheese stick format packs 5 grams of protein in each serving.
Beecher’s Cheese Curd Lasagna is a vegetarian entrée that features tomato sauce, herbed ricotta cheese and a mix of spinach and kale, and is topped with Beecher’s Cheese Curds. Available in 23-ounce portions, one package serves 2-4 people.
The Beecher’s Roasted Potatoes in Flagship Sauce dish features the company’s Flagship and Just Jack cheese sauce along with a creamy sauce that tops oven-roasted potatoes. Available in 20 ounce-portions, one package serves 2-4 people.
