The refrigerated salad dressing brand is taking its bold flavors to the dip and spread category.

Sporting all new packaging and brand imagery, Fresh Cravings Everything Bagel, Honey Jalapeño, and Spicy Red Pepper Hummus join its three beloved flavors: Roasted Red Pepper, Classic, and Roasted Garlic, in the deli section of Walmart.

Mother Raw, the Toronto-based start-up making consciously crafted and plant-powered products, debuts a new line of plant-based dips and quesos. There are five dips (Spinach, Roasted Garlic, Everything Bagel, French Onion, and Ranch) and three quesos (Original, Spicy and Nacho). The new dips are plant-based and come in 100% recyclable jars.

Chinova Bioworks has made possible a new application for its Chiber in sauces, spreads, dips and dressings. Chiber is a clean-label, natural fiber derived from the stems of white button mushrooms that helps improve quality, freshness and shelf life, while reducing food waste.

T. Marzetti is expanding its Horse Cave, Kentucky, processing facility by an extra 184,500 square feet after a recent groundbreaking ceremony. The facility manufactures salad dressings, sauces and other foods for retail and foodservice markets. The expansion will provide additional manufacturing space and include new equipment to increase dressing and sauce production, new processing kitchens, and several packaging lines to meet growing customer demand. The expansion is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022 and will create over 200 jobs for the region.

Bitchin’ Sauce’s Cilantro Chili won the silver award in the Dip & Salsa category as part of the Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) 2021 sofi Awards, a top honor in the $158 billion specialty food industry. Cilantro Chili was one of 130 winners selected from nearly 1,500 entries across 49 product categories. Additionally, the Cilantro Chili flavor has expanded distribution to 500 new Target locations across the U.S.
