Chicago cheese processor Bel Brands USA said it expects by 2014 to build and open a 170,000-sq.-ft. plant in Brookings, S.D., to produce Mini Babybel cheese.

Nestle Prepared Foods Company, Solon, Ohio, said it is relocating its Hot Pockets and Lean Pockets frozen sandwiches and snacks business from Englewood, Colo., to Solon.
