Cold chain logistics is a tough business, with staffing crunches, supply chain shortages, increased focus on quality standards and visibility of product.  

The site features over 3 million cubic feet of space and more than 16,000 pallet positions. 

 Each features an induction heat seal for superior barrier protection, and thick, durable tabs for ease of grip – a benefit especially attractive to consumers with dexterity challenges.

The first phase of IWI Kingman will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and 43 dock doors. 

The new 158,000-square-foot building also houses Emmi Roth’s new state-of-the-art conversion facility, which will cup, bag, wedge, shred, and crumble the company’s cheese products for a variety of leading brands.

The 300,000-square-foot warehouse was developed in partnership with Ambrose Property Group and built by ARCO Design/Build.

In an ambitious move to expand its product line, FRoSTA AG recently invested a substantial sum of 10 million euro to introduce a state-of-the-art processing line for its rice and vegetable product. T

The 325,000-square-foot facility will produce approximately four million pounds of premium quality, fully-cooked poultry products weekly.
