Vista Hermosa, the consumer packaged goods brand created by popular Mexican taqueria Tacombi, is launcing Burrito Bueno, a line of frozen burritos debuting at Whole Foods Market in select Northeast stores this fall. Burrito Bueno will launch with three varieties: Super Spicy Chicken, Bean y Oaxaca Cheese and Sweet Potato y Cactus. The new product joins Vista Hermosa’s existing line of simple, hand-crafted Mexican pantry staples, which includes Corn and Flour Tortillas and three kinds of Totopos or tortilla chips.

Inspired by the popular burritas served at Tacombi taquerias, the 8-ounce protein-packed Burrito Buenos are hand-rolled in Vista Hermosa flour tortillas that are freshly baked in avocado oil. Their traditional Mexican flavors are drawn from ingredients such as cactus, escabeche (pickled vegetables), and salsas. The Burrito Bueno retails for $5.99.

Launched in 2015, Vista Hermosa is the first consumer packaged goods line from the food and beverage brand Tacombi, whose mission is to connect people to Mexico through its taquerias, consumer products, and technology. Vista Hermosa products are made from simple, wholesome, Non-GMO ingredients and are made using only traditional Mexican processes.

 About Vista Hermosa
Tacombi’s first consumer packaged goods brand, Vista Hermosa, was created when the team couldn’t find tortillas that met their standards of authenticity, quality, and freshness for their taquerias, and started making their own. Today the brand’s corn and flour tortillas and tortilla chips (“Totopos”) are sold in over 2,000 stores, including six regions of Whole Foods Market, online retailers like Fresh Direct, and an expanding list of natural & specialty grocery stores.
