Media reported that ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston, Tri-Cities, Wash., named 15-year operations veteran Jim Kirkham as plant manager at the company's newly completed sweet potato processing plant in Delhi, La. Kirkham replaces Doug Beyer, who managed the Delhi construction and start-up. Lamb Weston also named Beyer -- who moves back to Washington state -- as senior director of engineering.
