The Heat and Control twin drum spiral oven has a separate cylindrical enclosure for each drum; air speed and steam heat, dry heat or any combination of both are independently controlled in each enclosure. An air circulation fan is centered atop each enclosure and surrounded by heat transfer coils. The heated, moist air flows uniformly in a 360-degree pattern across the conveyor, providing consistent temperature across the belt width and from top to bottom.
