The METTLER TOLEDO Safeline Certus TS (touchscreen) metal detector inspects wet, dry, chilled or frozen products, detecting ferrous, non-ferrous and even the difficult-to-detect non-magnetic stainless-steel contaminants, including those products with high moisture content and those packed in a diverse range of packaging materials such as metalized films.

Certus TS metal detectors feature a large, full-color touchscreen interface with a Windows-style, icon-driven menu that provides easy operator access. Plus, they feature a unique “change-free” running mode that provides a single-setting capability for multiple and diverse product types. Parameters for a number of different products are analyzed and combined into a single optimized product “cluster,” which avoids the need for equipment re-setting between production batches. Certus TS detectors also utilize advanced Condition Monitoring technology that continuously analyzes the performance of major detector components.
