Cluck ‘n Moo, LLC, West Nyack, N.Y., launched Cluck ‘n Moo, what is said to be the first and only half-chicken (50%), half-beef (50%) burger made from antibiotic- and hormone-free, humanely raised chickens and grass-fed cows.

Cluck ‘n Moo’s innovative “Smashed Burger” method results in a homemade taste and look that allows the burger to cook quickly, sealing in juices and keeping the meat moist. Cluck ‘n Moo burgers offer 52% less fat, 34% less calories and 57% less saturated fat than a regular all-beef burger.

They are available in New York metro food retailers, including 12 Fairway Markets and 10 Kings Food Markets, as well as Publix Super Markets for a suggested retail price of $7.99-8.99 for a 4-pack box.
