Garden Lites, Jamaica, N.Y.,debuted a new look that includes an updated logo and easy-to-read packaging for their veggie-rich lines of muffins and soufflés. Key nutritional information was moved to the top corner of the box, which highlights the dietary benefits, including the fact that they are gluten-free, dairy-free, low in calories and contain 5 grams of fiber.
The product images are actual photos of real product to reflect the fine details and all-natural ingredients. As with previous packaging, it is still all recyclable and the soufflé bowls and plastic overwrap are BPA-free.
“These muffins are a true innovation, as there is nothing else on the market that has vegetables as the first ingredient,” says Julie Gould, assistant brand manager. “Our new packaging combines more prominent positioning of nutritional information with vibrant new visuals, and is anticipated to drive trial at retail while reinforcing brand awareness.”
