Peppermint Bark Ice Cream for the Holidays
It’s never too early to start prepping for the holidays. That’s why Denali Flavors, the Wayland, Mich.-based owner of Moose Tracks brand, created Peppermint Bark ice 
cream.
Based off the popular holiday treat consisting of white chocolate, dark chocolate and peppermint candy, Peppermint Bark Moose Tracks will be licensed and sold under a variety of dairy and grocery store brands across the nation beginning in November. Package size and pricing will vary by manufacturer.
Peppermint Bark Moose Tracks combines chunks of white chocolate peppermint bark with mint-flavored ice cream and piles of Moose Tracks fudge to offer the ultimate holiday delight.
"We develop new flavor concepts each year for our dairy and retail partners to review, and this year our Peppermint Bark Moose Tracks has been a favorite," says Neal Glaeser, president.
