Canada-based gardein launched three new pocket meal varieties.

The Crispy Chick'n kind consists of crispy “chick'n” on the outside and kale, barley and sundried tomatoes on the inside. It’s packed with 22 grams of protein and is an excellent source of vitamin A, fiber and iron.

Italian Meat-Free Sausage entails soft dinner rolls filled with Italian meat-free sausage, roasted red peppers, sweet potatoes and spinach. A good source of iron and vitamin A, this meal provides 6 grams of protein per pocket.

The BBQ Pulled Porkless Shreds option is a tangy, barbecue, pulled porkless pocket meal that boasts 10 grams of protein and is a good source of iron.  

Made with non-GMO soy and wheat, ancient grains and veggies, these better-for-you handheld sandwiches are cholesterol-free, vegan and kosher and are ready in just five minutes.
