Moline Machinery LLC, Duluth, Minn., acquired Tiefenthaler Machinery, a Waukesha, Wis.-based topping, salting and seasoning solutions manufacturer, and RAM Equipment, a manufacturer of high-viscosity pump feeders, also based in Waukesha, Wis.

The acquisition will provide Moline Machinery additional options for dry ingredient dispensing and pump feeding, and Tiefenthaler/RAM will receive access to Moline’s 70 years of custom bakery equipment manufacturing experience and a modern 20,000-square-foot technical center.

Jim Tiefenthaler, founder of Tiefenthaler/RAM, will stay on in a consulting role to help transition the businesses, while Nick Eversum, office manager of Tiefenthaler/RAM, joined Moline as a full-time customer service representative.
