M.A.D. Foods, New York, expanded its Aux Délices des Bois brand to include new Roasted Garlic and Red Wine Shallot butter.
Both Euro-style butters begin with 82% minimum butterfat.
The Roasted Garlic kind offers a nutty, rounded flavor of tomatoes, eggs, vegetables and shellfish to be used on garlic bread, linguine and more.
The Red Wine Shallot variety relies on sweet and wine-infused notes to accent red meat, stewed vegetables, fish, sauces and more.
These new butters are available nationwide in 3-ounce cups.
