Amidst the flood of news around the COVID-19 pandemic, we’d like to recognize the work of our members and other industry stakeholders to support communities around the country during these challenging times.

Thank you for keeping food stocked and refrigeration systems running, allowing communities to access the resources they need during this time of uncertainty.

We also want to keep you informed on how we’ve adjusted our 2020 plans. We’ve decided to postpone our upcoming events until further notice, including our Existing Stores and Washington Low-GWP Workshops. We hope to reschedule these events swiftly, and will notify you as soon as we can safely do so.

These changes have no impact on our commitment to our mission or our members. Our membership network is the backbone of our organization, and we have no doubt that together we will continue to make measurable progress to eliminate the barriers to natural refrigerant adoption.

We are grateful for your continued support, and please know that we are here to support you in any way we can throughout this time. Stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Danielle Wright

About NASRC

The North American Sustainable Refrigeration Council is an action-oriented nonprofit that wants to see natural refrigerants succeed, and we are focusing first on the grocery sector.

To meet that objective, we have identified specific challenges (with a focus on the retail food sector) and have mapped out a plan to tackle them. Our progress groups - open to all NASRC members - are putting those plans into action.
