Tillamook Releases Low-Fat Creamery Collection Yogurt Line in Six Flavors

Tillamook Creamery Collection Low-Fat Yogurt Oregon Northwest
August 21, 2020

The farmer-owned Tillamook County Creamery Association, known for high-quality dairy products for more than 111 years, is continuing its innovation in premium snacking with the addition of a new line of premium specialty yogurts called Tillamook Creamery Collection. Not too sweet and not too tart, the deliciously creamy yogurts come in six unique flavor combinations and offer the ‘perfect bite’ of yogurt made with no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or preservatives.

“Satisfying or delicious? Function or flavor? Most yogurts make you choose,” says Lara Gish, Senior Category Manager of Cultured Products at Tillamook. “We created Tillamook Creamery Collection to allow yogurt lovers to create their perfect bite. Each cup includes two side-by-side flavors that can be enjoyed one by one or swirled together, while also rich in protein so it’s more satisfying. Every spoonful is crafted the Tillamook way—with quality ingredients and no shortcuts.”

Tillamook Creamery Collection lowfat yogurts are ideal for breakfast or an anytime snack you can feel good about, with 13-14 grams of protein and only 9-10 grams of sugar per serving. The yogurt is crafted by blending high quality milk with a proprietary blend of 9 cultures and probiotics, which is slowly cultured for a deliciously mild and creamy yogurt that is less tart. The premium reusable and recyclable cup also lends itself to customized snacking, allowing you to add toppings straight to the cup, no bowl needed. Flavor combinations include:

  • Oregon Strawberry paired with Plain
  • Northwest Raspberry paired with Blackberry
  • Oregon Blueberry paired with Vanilla
  • California Peach paired with Plain
  • Dark Cherry paired with Plain
  • Vanilla Bean paired with Plain

Tillamook Creamery Collection yogurts are the latest product innovation from the Oregon-based dairy co-op, which has introduced more products in the last five years than the preceding 50 while also growing 56 percent in sales. Most recent product introductions include Tillamook Cheeseboards – the co-op’s first entry into premium snacking – craveable combinations of Tillamook cheeses, fruit spreads and artisanal crackers, and Tillamook Farmstyle Cream Cheese Spreads, which include the world’s only Aged Cheddar Cream Cheese Spread.

Tillamook Creamery Collection yogurts can be found in October at Safeway stores in Oregon, Washington and Colorado. They will also be available at New Seasons Markets in Portland. Tillamook Creamery Collection will expand into the West throughout 2021.

About Tillamook County Creamery Association
