Steffen Flender has been named Managing Director of Interroll Automation GmbH. The 41-year-old Flender heads the Sinsheim, Germany, site and the associated global Center of Excellence Sorters. All ingredients are sourced from Our Kitchen’s 43-acre farm situated along the Neversink River, and dishes are prepared onsite by chefs before being flash frozen.
