Memphis Meats, a leading company in cell-cultured meat, poultry and seafood has changed its name to UPSIDE Foods. This signifies the company is now ready for business with its first consumer product: chicken.
The Los Angeles Dodgers announced a multi-year partnership with Vernon, California-based Papa Cantella’s to supply Dodger Stadium with Dodger Dogs and its premium sausages. Papa Cantella’s products, including Dodger Dogs, have been sold at Dodger Stadium since Opening Day and packaged Dodger Dogs will also be available at retail grocery locations throughout Southern California.
Cold Creek Solutions is building a 374,560-square-foot cold storage facility in Denton, north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The company has leased nearly 50% of its facility after executing a 15-year agreement with third-party logistics provider, Southwest Warehouse Services.
T. Marzetti is expanding its Horse Cave, Kentucky, processing facility by an extra 184,500 square feet after a recent groundbreaking ceremony. The facility manufactures salad dressings, sauces and other foods for retail and foodservice markets. The expansion will provide additional manufacturing space and include new equipment to increase dressing and sauce production, new processing kitchens, and several packaging lines to meet growing customer demand. The expansion is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022 and will create over 200 jobs for the region.
Yukon Ventures announced its second project in the state of Texas. Strategically situated on the I-10 Corridor, the project in Seguin, Texas, will have the ability to service both Austin and San Antonio within less than a one-hour drive, as well as the Houston ports and the US-Mexico border in less than a three-hour drive in either direction.

Danfoss has named Vikas Anand as vice president of sales in North America for its recently formed Climate Solutions business segment. Anand joins the US and Canada sales organization after leading the Danfoss Cooling business in Asia Pacific and India, where he focused on growing the business in areas related to infrastructure, energy efficiency, and climate change.
Blackline Cold Storage has broken ground at the site of their new 298,000-square-foot cold storage facility to be owned in partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners at the Port of Houston, Texas. The facility will provide approximately 70 new jobs to the area when the first phase of construction is complete on the 36-acre site in TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park.
