Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) has been providing industry-leading food safety testing services in Green Bay, Wisconsin since 2005. FSNS has announced their move within the city to a new, state-of-the-art laboratory. This transition will allow FSNS to continue to grow as one of the food safety leaders in the region, and expand operations throughout the Midwest.
Jensen Meat, a Southern California-based processor of ground beef, is currently expanding both its facilities and its team to manage co-packing opportunities for plant-based beef alternatives. To accelerate production, Jensen has already broken ground on its new processing plant which will also create new jobs when complete.

Alaska Cargo and Cold Storage (ACCS) and the State of Alaska executed a 55-year lease agreement at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC), marking a major milestone in the development of a more than 700,000-square-foot, climate-controlled warehouse facility. With 32.5 million cubic feet of capacity, the facility will provide ANC with a critical piece of infrastructure at the world’s sixth-busiest cargo airport.
Denver’s first cold storage speculative development is currently under construction. 76 Freeze, a 247,032-square-foot state-of-the-art, multi-temperature facility, is scheduled for completion in October 2021. Located at 189 Bromley Business Parkway in Brighton, Colorado, the brand-new facility situated on 17 acres is strategically positioned to service Colorado’s Front Range and Rocky Mountain regions. Approximately 166,000 square feet of space in the multi-user facility has been preleased to a single tenant.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely death of our esteemed colleague, Brad Vesterby, Director of Sales at Firestone Pacific Foods. Brad passed away this past weekend as a result of complications following treatment for cancer. Brad is survived by his parents, Gary and Lucy Vesterby; his sister, Dawn Everard; and two sons, Jase and Craig Vesterby.
Beyond Meat is entering a 12-year lease in a new, nearly 300,000 square foot space at 888 N. Douglas Street in El Segundo, California. The building is currently under development by Hackman Capital Partners with anticipated completion in spring 2021. The site will serve as the company’s new state-of-the-art global headquarters, making it one of the world’s largest and most technologically advanced plant-based research centers. The cutting-edge campus is slated to open in fall of this year and is a substantial increase in the company’s footprint that will support best-in-class innovation, advanced research labs and the incubation of big ideas that further disrupt and define the plant-based market of the future.
