Dedeaux Properties and joint venture partner Brasa Capital Management have sold a fully-leased 73,992-square-foot Class A industrial distribution building in the Inland Empire city of Redlands, California, to LBA Realty, completing the disposition of a brand new two-building complex. US Foods has announced the introduction of its “Make It This Winter” platform. The platform offers a collection of valuable resources, including one-on-one consultations with US Foods experts, informational webinars, new outdoor dining products, and updated online materials and tools for restaurant operators to tackle the ongoing challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sysco announced it will eliminate minimum delivery size requirements for customers’ regularly scheduled delivery days as part of the company’s Restaurants Rising campaign. This change is effective on Nov. 16 for all U.S. Broadline, FreshPoint, Buckhead Meat and Newport Meat customers.
Ghost kitchens strategy is intended to help restaurateurs create additional revenue streams while on-premise dining is reduced due to COVID-19 pandemic.
