On a mission to change breakfast for good, Mason Dixie Foods dedicated five years to researching and developing a better-for-you breakfast sandwich, which is now finally available nationwide in two varieties: buttermilk biscuit with sausage and egg, and a version with cheddar cheese baked into the biscuit. 

This product is the first to feature 100% real egg (certified by the American Egg Board), nitrate-free, clean-label pork sausage, and Mason Dixie classic scratch-made biscuits, made using only six ingredients. These breakfast sandwiches are higher in protein and lower in calories per serving than other options on the market.

Ayeshah Abuelhiga, the Founder and CEO of Mason Dixie Foods, was craving her childhood comfort food buttermilk biscuits, but could only find artificial options on the market, which featured ingredients she couldn’t even pronounce. Growing up in Section 8 housing, Ayeshah believes everyone should have access to affordable, wholesome food and went on a mission to develop better-for-you products for consumers.

Mason Dixie has now become one of the fastest growing frozen baked goods company in America, and she is continually innovating the frozen food category. Her clean-label biscuits, sweet rolls, scones, and now breakfast sandwiches, are proof that you don’t have to compromise taste or heath, for convenience.
