This product is the first to feature 100% real egg (certified by the American Egg Board), nitrate-free, clean-label pork sausage, and Mason Dixie classic scratch-made biscuits, made using only six ingredients. These breakfast sandwiches are higher in protein and lower in calories per serving than other options on the market.
Ayeshah Abuelhiga, the Founder and CEO of Mason Dixie Foods, was craving her childhood comfort food buttermilk biscuits, but could only find artificial options on the market, which featured ingredients she couldn’t even pronounce. Growing up in Section 8 housing, Ayeshah believes everyone should have access to affordable, wholesome food and went on a mission to develop better-for-you products for consumers.
