One of Daesang America's leading global food brands, O'Food, has expanded into the frozen food category with the launch of its first frozen offering, Mandu.
Known for its staples, like traditional condiments to ready-to-serve meals, O'Food shares the vibrant flavors of Korean food with an array of conventional and inventive products.
Mandu is folded like Chinese dumplings and can be steamed, boiled, or pan-fried. These dumplings and is available in two types, Kimchi and Plant-Based Mandu. All five flavors offer 10 or more grams of protein, delivering meals bursting with taste.
"In recent years, consumers are increasingly seeking food adventures, particularly ethnic foods that have for years received less recognition in the U.S., such as Korean foods; Gochujang, Kimchi, and others.
