Johnsonville Sausage, Sheboygan Falls, Wis., launched new pork and chicken sausages, available in Traditional Brat and Mild Italian.

These new sausage varieties are made with a blend of herbs and spices, the freshest cuts of pork blended with naturally lean chicken and feature 50% less fat.

They are now available at select retailers nationwide.
