Dry Ingredient Depositor
Used for dry, free-flowing products such as sugar, sprinkles, chocolate chips, oat flakes, sliced nuts, dry low-fat streusel and flour, the Hinds-Bock dry ingredient depositor is available with a portable cantilevered frame, and can be mounted on existing equipment or new Hinds-Bock conveyors. An operator interface stores multiple recipes. An optional distribution assembly evenly spreads dry toppings in ring or layer cake pans. The variable-speed unit is constructed of stainless-steel.
