Designed to meet the highest standards in slicing and hygienic food preparation, these heavy-duty slicers are powerful, versatile and work well in commercial kitchens. Built to slice around-the-clock, the blade and carriage chute are tilted at a 45-degree angle to harvest the highest product yields. The two-speed models 3850N and 3850NF automatically slice 40-60 strokes per minute, while the 3975N and 4975N nine-speed models produce 20-60 strokes per minute. Models 4600N manual and 4975N automatic slicers are equipped with Protech operator convenience and safeguards. Each slicer features a 13-inch PreciseEdge knife blade with a Rockwell 60 to 62 hardness.
