Spicy Feta Dip
Blue Moose of Boulder, Boulder, Colo., introduced new Spicy Feta Dip to the Ciolo line of products.
Spicy Feta is a Mediterranean-inspired feta dip that offers a blend of fresh tomatoes, creamy feta, garlic and roasted red peppers with just a touch of heat.
"Since creating our Spicy Feta Dip, we continue to discover new ways to utilize it,” says chef Bill Libby. “We've found it to be great for topping appetizers, salads and small plates, as well as finishing off fish or adding some creamy flavor to a sandwich or wrap. We're excited to hear how our customers are using it to enhance their dishes."
The Ciolo brand can be found at Whole Foods in the Rocky Mountain region, as well as select Whole Foods coast to coast.
