Blount Fine Foods, Fall River, Mass., launched a line of broth bowls for foodservice.

These broths are the perfect foundation in any kitchen for building soups and entrées or added to the hot bar accompanied by vegetables, noodles and proteins.

The Thai-style Coconut kind is made of coconut milk, onions, tomatoes, red bell peppers, brown sugar, garlic and chili peppers, while the more traditional Vegetable broth brings a vegetable stock with a hint of soy, miso and ginger.

Both broths are shipped frozen in four, 4-pound ready-to-heat bags.
