Manufactured by Nercon Corp., Neenah, Wis., this sanitary conveyor system is designed to work in the meat handling, food packaging, ready-to-eat, dairy and baking industries.

The sanitary technology is available in side-flexing Mat-Style or homogenous Blue Belt design options, and can be disassembled in minutes. Formed 12-gauge side frames feature 1-piece side frames with no crevices or holes. Additional removable parts allow for overnight soaking.

Designed for washdown, Nercon’s sanitary conveyors feature continuous-welded frame spacers, quick-release take-up, shepherd hook chain lifts and polymer bearings with stainless-steel inserts.
