HOPE Foods, Boulder, Colo., added two new kinds of hummus to its lineup of all-organic spreads.
The Black Garlic hummus has been aged and cooked to achieve a flavor result similar to fermentation.
And, the Mango Tomatillo kind features a blend of peppery sweetness.
“2016 was a milestone year for us, and we can’t wait to build on the foundation we have of exciting, new and unique flavors,” says Robbie Rech, president. “We have a lot of momentum heading into 2017.”
