Green Giant Fresh adds to value-added line
Green Giant Fresh, Salinas, Calif., added Cauliflower Crumbles “Fried Rice” Blend, Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles and Sweet Potato Noodles to its line of fresh value-added products.
The Cauliflower Crumbles “Fried Rice” Blend consists of chopped cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and onions, and is designed as a stir-in for casseroles.
The Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles entails chopped sweet potatoes and cauliflower, and is great for mashing and more.
The Sweet Potato Noodles consist of spiralized sweet potato, and are dubbed as an ideal substitute for noodles.
