Lancaster Colony acquires Bantam Bagels
Bantam Bagels produces and markets frozen mini stuffed bagels and mini stuffed pancakes sold to retail and foodservice channels.
Lancaster Colony Corp., Westerville, Ohio, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, T. Marzetti Co., acquired Bantam Bagels, LLC, a New York-based producer and marketer of frozen mini stuffed bagels and mini stuffed pancakes sold to retail and foodservice channels.
Founders Nick and Elyse Oleksak will continue to lead the business post-closing.
