Gathered Foods raises $10M to catch plant-based seafood demand

Gathered Foods, a New York-based producer of the Good Catch plant-based seafood brand, closed a Convertible Note round co-led by investors and equity firms New Crop Capital, San Francisco, and Stray Dog Capital, Leawood, Kan.
