Laura Chenel, Sonoma, Calif., launched Laura Chenel Probiotic Goat Milk Yogurt.

Crafted in small batches at the company’s LEED Gold-certified sustainable creamery, the recipe features fresh goat milk from family-owned farms in the American West.

“Our fans hold our cheese to a high standard. We achieve that with our creamery team’s expertise and the fresh milk we source from regional farms,” says Vanessa Chang, brand manager. “Food lovers who appreciate our cheese for its clean, bright and mild flavor profile will also love our yogurts — we apply the same care and use the same milk for both products.”

The Plain kind can be used as a substitute for sour cream or crème fraîche in recipes for sauces and dips. It comes in 4.75-ounce, snack-size glass jars with gold foil lids or 23-ounce family-size glass jars with a resealable lid.

The Vanilla option is ideal for a morning energy boost, a healthy lunch component or an afternoon pick-me-up. It comes in in 4.75-ounce glass jars with gold foil lids.

Laura Chenel Probiotic Goat Milk Yogurt are available at natural and specialty food retailers throughout California and the West Coast for a suggested retail price of $2.49 for 4.75-ounce jars and $6.99 for 23-ounce jars.
