Organic Valley Egg Bites are a convenient and healthy, yet indulgent, snack or light breakfast. Each 4-ounce package contains two egg bite cups packing in 14 to 16 grams of protein with less than 250 calories. Each serving contains the equivalent of 1 ½ to 2 eggs, depending on the flavor. They’re portable and virtually prep-free: simply pop in the toaster oven or microwave, and they’re ready to eat in less than 90 seconds.

Organic Valley Egg Bites come in three varieties:

• Uncured Ham & Swiss: organic eggs, uncured ham, and a three-cheese blend.
• Sausage & Pepper Jack: organic eggs, sausage, and a three-cheese blend starring pepper jack for a bit of heat.
• Feta & Chive: organic eggs, chives, and a three-cheese blend led by tangy feta.

Organic Valley Egg Bites can be prepared in a toaster oven (preferred) or in the microwave.

Toaster oven: Remove from all packaging. Heat at 350 to 400 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Microwave (based on a 1100W oven): Remove from plastic packaging and heat in paper tray for 60 to 90 seconds, or to an internal temperature of 165

degrees.
