This combination brings together complementary innovation engines - Dawn Foods' application-led creativity and Puratos' R&D-led ingredient technology.

The brand has expanded its footprint at retailers including HEB, Costco, Market Basket and Whole Foods Market.

Additions include a new Viennese Pastries line, a new warehouse, research & development center, culinary academy, baking center and an automated bread line.
